Since 1970, the population of Victoria has increased by nearly 1,000%. It will continue to grow over 40% in the next 20 years based on anticipated residential development outlined in the City of Victoria’s Comprehensive Plan required by the Metropolitan Land Planning Act. Learn more about the growth outlined in the Comprehensive Plan, how developers approach and partner with the City on new projects, what is currently in the works, and how the City is working to keep the small-town charm of Victoria.
